"Updates were, uh, a bit unclear"
I had an okay experience overall, but the communication could’ve been better. I just needed clearer updates sometimes, and, uh, it wasn’t always easy to know what was going on.

"A few file types didn’t work for me"
It worked well overall, but some files wouldn’t open for me, actually, not some, just a few specific formats gave me trouble. Still usable, just a little frustrating when I hit those

"Am I the only one who had to wait forever for revisions?"
Am I the only one who feels like revisions shouldn’t take this long? I had to ask twice for the fixes, and even after all that, the final version still wasn’t quite right. Frustrating overall.

I tried using this for a vector conversion, but the lines came out all jagged and messy. It definitely wasn’t the clean result I was expecting. What’s frustrating is that these kinds of issues seem to fall into some policy loophole where they can say the file was technically converted, even though the quality is basically unusable.

"Rush order didn’t really feel like a rush"
I paid extra for the rush option because I had a deadline I really couldn’t miss, so I was expecting things to move faster or at least stay on track. Unfortunately, the order still arrived later than I was originally told.

I also found myself having to check in more than I expected, and the updates I got weren’t very clear. That made the whole thing more stressful because I didn’t really know what was going on or whether I’d get the files in time.

By the time everything finally came through, it was already too late for what I needed. Their regular service might be fine, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t pay for the rush option again.

"Thread density felt totally off"
I got my file back and the thread density just wasn’t right. Some areas were way too thick, others looked kind of loose, like it wasn’t balanced at all. I ended up having to take it somewhere else to get fixed, which was frustrating because I thought... yeah. Just not really worth the hassle for me.

"Website works, but it could be easier to use"
I checked out thedigitizecenter.com to look through their services, and overall the site worked fine. It loaded without any issues, and I was able to find most of what I needed after browsing around a bit.
That said, I can see how other customers might feel like some pages are a little busy. A few sections could be clearer, especially around pricing and what steps to take next, because I had to click around more than I expected.

It’s not a bad website at all, and it does the job for basic browsing. I just think it would be better for customers if the layout was cleaned up a bit and the important details were easier to spot.

"Support is almost impossible to get ahold of"
The service itself is fine, but trying to reach support when I actually need help is a pain. I end up waiting way too long, whoever runs this needs to figure out a better system because it gets really frustrating

"Logo cleanup was decent"
The logo cleanup was okay overall. I thought it could’ve been a bit cleaner, but it still got the job done and wasn’t bad.

"Support felt slow to me"
In my experience, support took a few days to get back to me, and when they finally did, the response didn’t feel all that helpful. Maybe others have had better luck, but it was a bit frustrating for me

"Good enough quality, but plan ahead"
I ordered a logo digitizing file from thedigitizecenter.com, and the actual file turned out fine. Nothing looked wildly off, and I didn’t run into any major quality issues, which was a relief because I’m always a little cautious about sending artwork out and depending on the result for a job.
The only thing that made me nervous was the timing. They made it sound like it would be quick, but it took longer than I expected and I had to follow up. I wouldn’t say it’s a bad service, but if you’re on a tight deadline or can’t afford delays, I’d leave yourself some extra buffer just to be safe.

"mostly ready for my machine"
the file worked with my embroidery machine, but i did have to tweak a few small things before stitching it out. it wasn’t a bad experience, just not quite as ready to go as i was hoping. overall, it was average for me.

"Pricing felt sorta too high"
I checked them out, but the prices sorta felt higher than what I expected for what was included. I didn’t really see a clear reason for the cost, especially compared to a few other options I looked at. It might be fine for some people, but it just didn’t feel worth it for me.

I liked the overall look of the patch and the design was definitely usable. Some of the smaller details didn’t come out quite as sharp as I was hoping, so that was a little disappointing. Still, it turned out decent overall and I’d say it works fine for what I needed...

I got my design back from thedigitizecenter.com and most of the tiny details were still there, which I appreciated. A few of the lines came out kinda softer than I expected, but overall it wasn’t bad. Just think it could be a bit cleaner

"Not ordering from here again"
I don’t think I’ll be buying from here again. The whole experience was frustrating, especially with the terms seeming to change after the fact. It didn’t feel fair or straightforward, and I don’t want to deal with that again.

"My detailed logo didn’t turn out well"
I had a detailed logo design and unfortunately it came back looking messy both times I tried. I even showed it to my brother to make sure I wasn’t being too picky, and he noticed the same issues. When I reached out to support, they basically said it looked fine, which was frustrating because it really didn’t match what I was hoping for.
